Salary starts from Rp 23,141,996 per month depending on qualifications, experience and salary history.
BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION:
As a recognized expert in program and activity design and implementation functions, the Development Program Specialist represents the Program Office (PRO) on one or more Development Objective (DO) teams and Technical Offices and assists other PRO staff in carrying out the Program Office’s core functions (project/activity design, planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation).
The nature of the position requires that the incumbent be highly knowledgeable in the local development context, international development principles and approaches, as well as USAID’s implementation, procurement and program monitoring mechanisms and procedures, and budgetary processes. The position requires that the incumbent work independently with minimal direction.
- A university degree in international development, business administration, public administration or another relevant subject is required.
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience working in international development or a related field, with minimum four (4) years working on program design and implementation for donor organizations, non-governmental organizations, or private sector institutions (preferably in Indonesia). Experience in project design and management, financial management, monitoring and evaluation and/or gender is required.Level IV written and oral English is required. Level IV written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia is also required.
